Welcome to TopLine Autoglass. By accessing or using our website (www.toplineautoglass.co.nz), booking our services, or interacting with us online, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About Us
TopLine Autoglass is a mobile autoglass repair and replacement service based in Auckland, New Zealand. We provide on-site windscreen and car glass replacement services to customers at their home, workplace, or other convenient locations.
2. Services Provided

Windscreen stone chip repair

Full windscreen and all car glass replacements

Mobile services (we come to your location in Auckland and surrounding areas)
All services are subject to inspection and assessment upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse service if the damage is beyond repair or presents a safety risk.
3. Bookings and Appointments

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, email, or social media.

We aim to confirm your appointment within 24 hours.

Appointments are subject to availability and weather conditions.
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept EFTPOS, credit card, or bank transfer.

Prices are quoted in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

For insurance-covered repairs, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain approval from their insurer.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a $50 call-out fee.

If we arrive and are unable to complete the service due to incorrect information, vehicle inaccessibility, or absence, a call-out fee may also apply.
6. Warranties and Liability

We provide a lifetime workmanship guarantee on all repairs for the duration you own the vehicle.

Replacement glass comes with the manufacturer’s warranty.

We are not liable for any damage or failure resulting from previous repairs, rust, aftermarket modifications, or non-standard installations.

In rare cases, existing chips may spread during repair due to pre-existing weaknesses — this is a known risk and not covered by warranty.
7. Limitation of Liability
TopLine Autoglass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income or vehicle downtime. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
8. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure the vehicle is parked in a safe, accessible location with enough space for the technician to work.

Disclose any previous damage, repairs, or modifications.

Provide accurate contact details and be available at the agreed time.
9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected via the website or during service bookings will be handled in accordance with New Zealand’s Privacy Act 2020. We will never sell your data to third parties.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and service descriptions, is the property of TopLine Autoglass and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
11. Changes to Terms
TopLine Autoglass reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
